This new mobile super vacuum cleaner unit VacTrailer S-4 can remove both concrete cuts and dust.
Now everyday life becomes even easier for all parties handling large concrete milling jobs.
With the new VacTrailer S-4 you can suck milled concrete and dust out of buildings up to 70 m with 100 mm hoses and vacuum up to 100 m inside large buildings or multi storey buildings with 75 mm hoses.
The absorbed material is stored in the cyclone, and then emptied into big bags or other types of closed containers. It can also be emptied into a tipping container in case of stones or materials so that it does not contaminate either the environment or the employee operating the VacTrailer. The machine is only for dry materials as the filters cannot be used for wet suction.

The VacTrailer is powered by a Kubota diesel engine that meets the most recent requirements for flue gas emissions.
The dead load of the VacTrailer is 2500 kg. It is therefore easy to move with a large van and can be placed on the construction site, even where space is a problem.

Use it on your own jobs
The VacTrailer is also for rent to customers both with and without an operator. However, training is required in the use of the machine if you rent it without an operator.
User manuals are handed out and instructions are carried out before each rental, so that the customer gets the most out of the VacTrailer.
It is also possible to rent hoses for the task. For large tasks where hoses get worn, it can be an advantage to buy extra hoses. Here we assist with both advice and purchases via our supplier.
